Vegetarian Menu
- Breakfast: whole wheat toast, peanut butter, banana, milk
- Lunch: whole wheat bread, lettuce, tomato, baby carrots, milk, apple
- Dinner: bean burrito, brown rice, vegetables
- Snack: orange juice, almonds, dried apricots, whole grain crackers
Vegan Menu
- Breakfast: whole wheat toast, almond butter, whole grain cereal, strawberries, soy milk
- Lunch: bean burrito, baby carrots, flaxseed, orange juice
- Dinner: stir fry with tofu, red peppers, brown rice, cantaloupe, lemon sorbet
- Snack: soy milk, unsalted cashews, dried apricots
