Goal is to reduce cholesterol and sodium
- 2 servings of milk products
- 3 servings of protein
- 5 or more servings of fruits and vegetables
- 5 servings of grains
Menu
- Breakfast: apple juice, oatmeal with banana, coffee
- Lunch: turkey and cheese sandwich, whole wheat bread, skim milk, fruit
- Dinner: fish, brown rice, vegetables, tossed salad, tea, frozen yogurt
- Snack: trail mix, blueberries, dried fruits, skim milk
